Return Policy

According to our policies, Products are not returned unless there is a defect in the product. In case that there is a defect in the product, you can, within one (day) of receiving the product, return it through Direct Message or contact us to process the matter.

In case of product return due to product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service charges will be charged. In case of return for other reasons, the shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all attachments. We do not accept the return of products that contain scratches or were damaged due to misuse. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

We, as a brand, are distinguished by flexibility in dealing with customers. During the replacement, it is required that the “original invoice” be attached, and that the replaced part be complete with all parts without any deficiency.
